CITRUS 'TAKEOUT' REVIEW

Citrus have hit us with their debut single under their new name and boy is it good. It’s the perfect opening track for the band’s new venture, powerful and overflowing with energy. From the first chord you know it’s that staple summer indie tune that’ll sure get you in the festival mood.

The talent from this youthful bands oozes through every riff and the catchy melody sticks circles round your being for hours. It’s definitely a head bop with lyrics speaking of looking at a failing relationship from the outside in is something we all know too much about.

Daisy’s unique vocals combined with the bands immaculate instrumental arrangement pieces together to create a distinct sound that I’m sure you’ll be hearing a lot more of in the future. If you’re looking for something fresh to kick off your new playlist then this fast paced and stylish track is definitely your first point of call.
